The hammam is Morocco's oldest wellness ritual and the perfect reset after a day of quad biking or trekking. Your session begins in a heated steam room where black olive soap opens the pores, followed by a vigorous kessa glove scrub that removes dead skin.
A ghassoul clay mask from the Atlas Mountains is applied next, then rinsed with warm water before you move to the massage room. There a trained therapist gives a relaxing or deep-tissue massage with pure argan oil, focusing on shoulders, back and legs.
The spa is private, mixed or gender-separated on request, and finishes with mint tea and a rest in the relaxation lounge. Transport from central Marrakech hotels and riads is included.
